Day 1
Fly into the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica, where your private van transfer will be waiting to take you to the Arenal Nayara hotel in La Fortuna.

Day 2
Enjoy a warm breakfast with great views (all included), before heading out for your Arenal Hike and Hot Springs tour at the Ecotermales hotsprings. You will enjoy a buffet dinner next to the thermal pools before heading back for another night stay at Arenal Nayara.

Day 3
Wake up early for today's Sky Tram Sky Trek canopy tour where you'll soar through the tree tops adjacent to one of the world's most active volcanoes. Enjoy great views of Lake Arenal, and get up close and personal with animals in their natural habitat. You may also choose to take the night canopy tour, a one-of-a-kind adrenaline rush as you glide and break neck speeds through the dark jungle from treetop platform to platform.

Day 4
Enjoy one last delicious breakfast at the Arenal Nayara restaurant (included) before your private transfer takes you to the Arenal Airport for your flight from Arenal to the beachfront landing strip in Tambor. A van will come pick you up to take you to the Tango Mar Beach Resort, just minutes away.

Day 5
Eat light this morning, because you are off on a full day Turtle Island tour (departing from the bay of Montezuma). Go snorkeling, play with the island's resident pig, or enjoy a large picnic lunch before you sail back to shore on a catamaran. Today's day of fun in the sun will have you ready to collapse in the comfortable beach front accommodations at the Tango Mar resort.

Day 6
Today is your last day at the beach - enjoy it as you wish. Take a day trip to the beautiful white shores of Santa Teresa, or the colorful town of Montezuma where you can enjoy international cuisine or a hike to a beautiful waterfall.

Day 7
It's back to the city life today. After an early breakfast, head back to the Tambor airport for your flight to San Jose. Enjoy a full day in modern suburb of Escazu at the cosmopolitan Hotel Real Intercontinental, located directly in front of one of the best shopping malls in the country. From here you can enjoy great shopping, bars and restaurants, or take a quick cab ride to San Jose center for a historical city tour.

Day 8
Time to head to the mountains to cool off before your trip home! Today you will go on a full day Poas Volcano and Doka Coffee Plantation Tour, departing directly from the Hotel Real Intercontinental. As your private shuttle starts up the flank of the Poas volcano, you will notice a significant change in temperatures. Hike to the volcano's gaseous main crater before taking a more challenging route through a cloud forest to a second lake-filled crater. Arrive early to avoid the afternoon cloud cover and you will be well rewarded with beautiful views. Your next stop will teach you how coffee gets from the plant to the roaster to the cup, the traditional way. After taste testing, you will head back to San Jose in time for one last dinner out on the town.

Day 9
Your vacation to Costa Rica's beaches, volcanoes and cloudforests has come to an end. Today a private transfer will pick up you to make your international connection back home.
