Our Nature Air flights were actually one of the highlights of the trip for me! I sure miss the laid back nature of Costa Rica. It’s even more apparent, now that I’m back in the States.

It must have been within the first couple of days that we were in Costa Rica, that Peppi and I fell in love with it. We took advantage of every free minute to explore the sights. We realized that even our conversations with each other, and others that we met, were all consuming of our love for Costa Rica and their people. We’re looking forward to hearing from you, and again, thank you for handling one of our favorite vacations!!

Just a note to thank you for your advise and guidance in developing our itinerary for Costa Rica. It turned out to be everything we hoped it would be, it was marvellous and with the various activities that we booked through you and one or two added we hardly had a rest day, which is how we wanted it. We are, apart from a little jet-lag, suntanned and very fit as a result!!

I would like to add my compliments to your van drivers who were very professional and their commentary as we travelled was most informative. Likewise the various Nature Air flights we took.

Dear Leanne,

I was going through some old e-mails and realized I never got back to you about our trip. First off...we all had an amazing time!!! Costa Rica is beautiful and I know we just scratched the surface but I think we all got a good flavor for many aspects of the country. I want to thank Alex Kofoed for all of his help...we changed a few things early in the trip and he was key in helping us.  I want to thank you and Alex once again!!! Our families had a great time and we will be coming back to Costa Rica!!!

Everything was AMAZING!! We can't help but wish that we were back. Our favorite hotel was El Silencio del Campo in La Fortuna. It felt like one big happy family there and everyone was so nice. My favorite activity was ziplining thru the rainforest and then came horseback riding. My husband actually liked horseback riding the best. I loved not having to worry about anything and everything ran very smoothly. We definitely want to go back to Costa Rica in the future and visit La Fortuna again. It was an amazing town. Thanks for everything and the wonderful itinerary!

I would to thank Nature Air and all of the employees for helping to make my vacation great. From beginning to end, the staff of Nature Air had our needs first in mind.

Chris Sang was my travel designer. He organized everything – the transfers and hotels. Chris was helpful and knowledgeable; he had even been to the same hotel before.

On the way back to San Jose Airport from Tobias Bolanos airport, our team of drivers Fermin and Andrey were great! They showed us some of San Jose. They were truly hospitable guys. My son and I will always remember their friendliness. I hope the next time I travel with Nature Air; I will get to see them again.

I plan to travel with Nature Air again in the future. My entire experience was wonderful.

I just want to thank you again for making all of the arrangements for our Costa Rica trip. It was absolutely WONDERFUL! I want to go back soon and see more. It was so amazing how Nature Vacations managed everything with such precision. We had so many pickups and transfers that I thought there would surely be a mix up at least once, but everyone took such good care of us. The drivers, guides , hosts and everyone was so helpful and friendly. It appears that Costa Rica has perfected the tourism industry to a precise science, making the visitor feel pampered and welcome. I loved the people and the fact that they seem to love their country so much and love to show it off. It was great. I have a group of friends who are thinking of visiting Costa Rica next year, and if so, I will be letting you know.

When I returned to the elementary school where I work, I learned that one of the 2nd grade classes is learning about the rainforest and Costa Rica. They are also selling tee shirts to raise money to buy acreage in the rain forest. The timing is perfect, because I can go to their class now and show pictures, and share some of what I learned.

We were so very impressed with your responsiveness to the difficulties we had during our travel. First, with two cancelled flights into the country - rearranging our lodging and flights to Mal Pais - and with the accident I had in Arenal - entailing a rescheduling of us back into San Jose for medical treatment. Again, you had to rearrange ground transportation, lodging and flights. I am just so amazed at the attentiveness to our situation and the smoothness with which you handled our revised schedule. We were treated like royalty!! A million thanks to Alex Kofoed for his time and effort in helping us through those difficulties and to James Dyde for his original planning of our fabulous trip. We saw so much in your country and felt so comfortable throughout our trip. We definitely were NOT ready to come home.

Our group is happily settled in at the Hotel Parador. I was going to call you but we are out every day enjoying your beautiful country and participating in the abundance of activities available.

I wanted to thank you very much for making our arrival successful. Alex, I am so impressed with your handling of the transportation situation with the canceling of the air flights. On a moment's notice, you had us on the road to our hotel! Sadly, in the USA, we would not have received this service and would have had to stay the night in a different hotel and travel on the next day. Thank you so much for this accommodation!

The trip to Quepos was very interesting and added an element of adventure to our vacation, even having a flat tire that Victor and Andres changed so quickly! Please tell Victor and Andres thank you again for their service to us and for giving of themselves for what was a very, very long day for them and in such a bad storm!

Without hesitation, Nature Air will be recommended to all of our friends and acquaintenances who wish to travel to Costa Rica.

Chris Sang was absolutely wonderful in helping make decisions on bus transportation, charter flight, etc. Alex Kofoed in customer service was an absolute angel when we had a piece of luggage lost.

Spirit in Fort Lauderdale flew it to San Jose, but they wouldn't release it to anyone -- and we were all the way over in Manual Antonio. Alex performed miracles and got it to us -- many of the wedding clothes were in there, and we got it the day before the wedding!!

The best part of Nature Vacations is when you leave immigration and see someone waiting for you immediately. You can relax and know everything is going to be okay and someone is looking out for you.

Nature Air made our vacation smooth and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to relax knowing our travel around the country of Costa Rica was all handled by Nature Air! Our drivers – Fermin and Victor, were SUPER guys!!! The BEST!!! The pilots of our Nature Air flights were AWESOME!!! The flights were AMAZING!!! I will recommend you all to EVERYONE I know! I appreciated all the time Leane spent with me making our plans. She is so knowledgeable and so nice. She's willing to spend time with you to make sure the travel plans meet your needs.

All places we stayed at were great. I would rank them in this order.

1. Gaia-  The utmost of luxury. I have never felt so pampered in any place on earth. It felt like we were the only ones at the hotel and had a staff of 30 at our every call. It also helps that the food was out of this world. Definitely the best dinner I have had in the last

few years.

2. Eclypse de Mar- The view is something to die for. Something you will never forget.  Crystal clear water. 

3. Alta- Very clean and a great staff. I only regret not eating at the restaurant which I hear is amazing.

I would definitely refer you to friends. You guys made a multiple destination vacation very easy. It's much easier to book multiple hotels with one call.  Your new bio-diesel buses are great. I would rate this vacation at a strong 9. I definitely will be travelling with you again.

Our trip was just the best. Our room was delightful and it was so nice being so close to the airport. Our flights were great to and from our destination, and our rides were always there waiting for us. It was the best vacation we ever had. I would recommend your company to anyone. What a wonderful time we had in Costa Rica and particularly the great service from you and your company. The planes were always on time, the people were all courteous and all the shuttles were well organized. But most of all was your help with my two daughters... thank you sooo much for getting them to us in Quepos... you went the extra mile with your care in making sure that the girls were escorted. You guys really made the trip with all you did and the planes right there when we needed them.

One day in the early stages of planning our vacation I called Nature Air to check on flights in Costa Rica. A very helpful representative (Angie Bolanos) offered to assist us with securing lodging and transportation. She asked me where we planned to visit and when. Later that same day she had our vacation itinerary. It was almost too easy. This saved me so much time and relieved much stress.
